In addition to our regular menu, we also utilize fresh seasonal ingredients by featuring them in the form of a Chef’s Special Menu or a Menu Degustazione. The Menu Degustazione is a traditional Italian fixed price menu, the word “degustazione” comes from the Italian verb “degustare” which means to sample or taste. Our fixed price menu usually consist of three courses in the form of an Antipasto (appetizer course),  Secondo (second course) and Dolce (dessert). When eaten together all three courses constitute a complete dining experience.
