In addition to our regular menu, we often take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients by featuring them in the form of a Chef’s Special Menu or a Menu Degustazione. The Menu Degustazione is a traditional Italian fixed price menu, the word “degustazione” comes from the Italian verb “degustare” which means to sample or taste. Our fixed price menu usually consist of four courses in the form of an Antipasto (appetizer course) Primo (first course) Secondo (second course) and Dolce (dessert). When eaten together all four courses constitute a complete dining experience.
